when people call up with problems that are not ocurring at the time. example:
cust called and said she was getting dropped calls. she has full bars now, it doesn't drop now.
so what does she want me to fix!? i gave upgrade options and sim swap options to see if the problem followed her sim. I think she was expecting more.
You know i understand that one. I had a cust the other day get transfered to tech complaing about one way voice calls cust was calling in on the wireless device cust said it only happens when she was on the east side of town not where she worked on the west side of town. i had to edu cust that she would need to call in when she is haveing the problem and not from her wireless phone

yeah i know half the time I'm like WHAT?? and they have to say it like 3 times or ask for "aww-idd." or something else.. i guess that means at&t wireless id awid.. like cuid for cingular.. I'm like "what". Oh yeah and i hate being like interogated by another dept everytime i call they have to find out who i am and look me up before they help the customer.. never mind they need help gotta make sure that i'm not a fake rep LOL.

Yeah they got fraud rings pretending to be reps but if they have that much info i don't see why they need to call customer service etc. they could just get a corrupt person and bribe them or something.. (like an unruly store location or something) than to have people call in with fake que iD's LOL.
