well, i wouln'd say i hate this, but i find it extremely annoying...

when a customer calls and i ask tehir name, then I hear them sigh like they're annoyed and start ratling off their billing information like i need it for vid or something. i have to wait 'till they're done then ask them for the SSN. i could care less where they live.

I hate it when a customer calls in and is eating their lunch, especially if it's a bag of chips.

I also hate it when people start complaining about something because they don't want to conform to changing times, eg "I don't want to go to that service because they suck...or...because it's not what I wanted...or...they didn't tell me anything when I signed the contract...or...blah, blah, blah." That's fine if you have a problem with a particular service, but don't go proclaiming it as if its fact or something.

it sucks when people's phones accidentally call customer care. you can hear it shifting in their pocket, pressing buttons, and they have no idea someone's listening to them.

it happens so often on TDMA, 'cause there's not many flips...not too often on GSM, but it still happens.

i hate that i cannot find a way to load a ringtone to my phone unless it is purchased from nextel?i can text the link but cannot open it the phone is model i530

Digging this thread up again, but anyway...

I hate it when people post questions in a cell phone forum thinking that everything will be answered, and that their phone will be alright. But if they don't get a response, they start giving attitude and start cussing. Also they think they're smarter than other people by saying some things are stupid because they don't know what they are talking about. They say what they gotta say then don't answer because they got nothing to back it up.

people are just people if it is something they don't understand that yell scream and complain about it and when people try to help out they get the blame. What most people don't understand that the people that are here trying to help them work for the carriers they takes the calls and talk to people haveing issues all day long and may know whats wrong or what will fix the problem. I just hate it when a rep calls into tech and expects me to pull the correct answer outa the air with out haveing all the facts.

Cust are the same way if you can't pull the answer they want or an asnwer they want to hear they get pissy.

I think I hate when customers call in and don't know what they are buying... Truly. Please laugh with me.

A guy calls in and wants to buy a phone and plan. It takes me five minutes to get a zip code out of him for a service check. He has to look around for it.

Then, when I ask for the credit check information, he doesn't know whose information to give... ???

I say, whose name do you want the contract to be in? He says he doesn't know. How can you not know something like that?????

i hate the customers who complain about the charges on their bill. "god they get you coming and going". yes i do apologize that you actually have to pay for the service you use. imagine that!!
