lol I Relize the without a job situation.. But you cannot help but be agrivated when they call with comments like " My gulldarn phone is broken ..it aint git no dial tone" (yes someone has accualy told me their cell has no dial tone) what callcenter do you work in steve?

I hate when the same rep calls the tech desk with the same problem over and over again and you have to re-explain to them that there is a system outtage and they still keep calling tech and you tell them nothing has change in the last 5 min's i can not push the activation through as the activation system is down ( couldn't activate, change rate plans, as part of the r/p had to go through the activations system)
Yes i talked to the same rep 12 diffrent times in a two hour period
