FAO: Squarebanana - could you help me please, Ive replaced the cover of my D500 aswell and have exactly the same problem as you, the switch mech is not working so i cant take pictures or lock the keypad etc. You said about replacing the magent, could you tell me exactly where it is please? Thanks for any help

hiya this may help, on the front cover (screen's cover) there should have a tiny little magnet just inside of the cover at the bottom this may be covered up with a peice of tape

Can anyone please give me information on how to change screen on Samsung D600, bought new screen cannot remove old one. Could someone please send me the d500 video maybe this could help. Cheers Lou.

Hi there,
need your help. where exactly is the magnet ???? I know it should be in the screen half of the phone but I cannot see any tape holding a magnet ???
please please help I have very irrate daughter who hates her daddy right now???!!!!!!!
