when I changed f/w it didn't change IMEI# it kept the one in the label at the battery compartment (I typed *#06# to see if it changed after flashing and it didn't so I changed it with Agere Tools), by custom I meant the one I changed it with using Agere Tools, it's the one that I get by typing *#06#...

Well, changing the IMEI is illegal. So be advised: use the original IMEI and stop complaining.

have you tried a third imei number? perhaps the 2nd one you used is also barred?
