When you call in and is told by tech that there is an hrl outtage why do you not believe us when we are the ones that submitt all the info to the enginerring department (excuse the spelling) i had an agent scream and yell at me when i told him about the outtage then he got his manager on the phone i told her the same thing and i was told i don't know what i was doing there is no outtage if there is no outtage why did you call in to get the tech desk when you customer in the store could not make or recive calls!!!

wow...just heard a rep beside me tell a customer that she could use a verizon phone on cingular if she could get the lock code...but the customer won't be able to use any data.
some people....

you can't use a verizon device on the cingular network only on tdma if you are lucky
