Hello, could any body tell me how to stop the annoying low battery warning tone on my new motorola V3, I know one answer is not to let the battery get low, but in the night if I forget to have it fully charged, it wakes me and everyone else up, I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to turn it of.
many many thanks
Gerald

You have to lower the system volume gain - however this will also affect certain other sounds
Use p2k tools in p2k mode, go to the tools menu and depending on the version either gain table or change volume.

I thank you for trying to help me, looked at the link you sent me, still non the wiser, maybe im just to old for new technology, being in my 50s guess the answer is to keep it charged everynight, thank you for what you gave me this evening all the same

Yeah I guess its not the easy - change this setting answer you were hoping for;-)
But give that site a go - just take it step by step and do exactly what it says - you might just suprise yourself with what you can do

Go into 'Profiles', open whatever profile you are using, choose 'Profile Details' scroll down to 'Reminders' and choose either 'Vibrate' if you want your battery warning to vibrate only or . . . 'Off' if you want to sleep at night !
It's 'Beep' which wakes the whole house.
Pleasant dreams.

P.S. I should add that this is the way to do it on the KRZR K1, if you have a different model the 'Reminders' menu may be found somewhere else in the phone's menu structure.

There is no dependency between low battery warning tone and reminder tone.
Change profile to vibra - is only solution or leave phone at charger every night

Or edit the gain table.
