"Where's is George?" is a money tracker.
You enter the Serial Number of the bill and your postal code (works in the USA and Canada). You can than see, where your bill already was (if already registered).
There is also http://www.whereswilly.com/ were you can track canadian bills.
"Where's George?" was founded in 1998 and about 50 million bills are already registered.
Some german scientists now use it as model for the dissemination of pandemia because it as quite the same spread-scheme as the money because money travels with humans like a illness would do.
Thats how I noticed it, it was in quite all news.

yea i wnet to is sucky thing is it only works if the sn has been put in already/before or later , but in theory its a cool idea
