1. set language to english
2. phonebook setting, in sort by - set it to "Speed no."
3. set language to chinese
4. back to phonebook setting, in sort by - set it to "Names"
now u can access your phonebook in chinese with sort by setting to Names
@ Lupus, try flashing with an old flash e.g. 40.79R and trying to unlock again

If unlock with older Bootloader works, can i upgrade the bootloader and will it work if upgraded.

You need bootloader 7.D0 to unlock using moto unlocker - if that doesn't work you may need to flash with an old monsterpack and run unlocker again.
Then you can flash with a newer monsterpack again.
You could then flash with a newer bootloader again - but there would be absolutely no benefit and it will prevent you from doing certain things in the future. I recommend you stay with 7.D0
