I tried all kind of senerios.

Then you have not sucessfully downgraded to 7.D0 - until you do the unlock will not work.

Remember it is a diffecent procedure to downgrade from 8.23 than 8.26 - you need to flash with the file in the download posted in post 1 of this topic

mein I think i messed up

i backup my pds file and i was restoring and lost connection now

my SW version: NOT FOUND

how can i fix that please help

Remove the battery for about 20 mins. Hold in the * and # keys and replace the battery - hopefully you will get into bootloader and you can try again.

I'm in Bootloader now, but no matter what i do i cant get my SW Version back to normal

i have a pds, that i backup on with bl 08.23

is ther any flash file for me to use to start over

Try a monsterpack from http://www.planetmotox.net/monster_packs.php

i tried that with
R374_G_0E.42.0ER_PDS005_LP002E_DRM0001_JPJAVA_G_0E_V3_01_08R_SE8602MXX U112D_1FF.sbf

and now my razor doesnt even want to go to bootloader now

i'm running out of options is there a tutorial on how to recover from this

k i read in one of your last post take out the battery and wait

so now i'm back to SW Version

You need to get bootloader 7.D0 to restore your PDS backup. Flash with the 7.D0 bootloader as per the first post

i develop a new problem,

i have to wait 10 mins to get int bootload mode
and when i startup rsd lite i looose connection to my phone. and it wont allow me to get the bootloader mood again
