I am trying to work out what has happened - randomly flashing things will make the problem worse.
Did you close the downgrader program - it should have opened in a command prompt window.
If you remove battery, hold # and * and replace the battery is the phone recognised then?
Personally I use RSD Lite rather than Smartmoto - but downgrading from 8.26 to 7D0 only involves the downgrader program posted in the first thread.

Good day all, I have flashed and downgraded to the 07.D0. on my V3 rzr.
S/W Version R374_G_0E.40.9.ER
I have inserted my cingular SIM card (into the Tmobile phone) and the phone is still asking me for a unlock code. I have used the Motorola_unlocker_2005, and it goes through the motions, CUMs smiles and the phone is still locked.
Any suggestions?

If you are sure you have 7.D0 bootloader try 40.79R monsterpack as previoulsly described.
