I now that ,when i downgrade to 7D0 and i unlock and i go back to 08.23
my phone is still lockt.

If you have 8.26 bootloader it has been reported that there is now a software downgrade method.
However I have not tested it (no need to).

mmf does not downgrade bootloaders.....
the only one i found to be usefull is pst flash and test commands..

@Meega try flashing with this file then trying the unlock
(extract the file with winrar)

sorry...i still cannot find the instruction how to Flash with bootloader 7.D0 and also after i push power + * + # ...........it shows the following

Thats right you have gone into bootloader mode - just flash like any other flash
|
