Yeah mikekay, I think you should put MFF on step 5 too, cause I originally thought it was specifically RSD Lite, but I read further and MFF works too

I've unlocked my v3 easily because T-Mobile gave me the code right away, but I wonder what do I need to do in order to remove the T-Mobile screen that shows when the phone is being turned on.
'Cos no matter what sim I use, I always get that screen.

hello
very sorry but i really dont follow what i have to do to unlock this fone as ive never had to attempt anything other than making a call before, ive read this thread til my eyes blured but to no avail
i bought it as a xmas gift as its totally useless at the minute, its a purple v3 latest colour but its locked to voda when i need tesco/t mobile
driving me insane as i can go a screw the fone with various programmes and even if i could i can follow what your saying to do, with different programmes (i think they are neways) being mentioned, this version (havent a clue what it works on), that downgrade etc etc i just dont follow in teh slightest, im sure anybody whos done simple things before can but this is real starters for me
is there any way i can just get the damn thing to work without all this deliving into things?, locally no shops will unlock and only the shady market traders say they can but want the fone for 24 hours and £20 which seems excessive for a £50 fone
ive been close to just stamping on it and giving money instead its that fustrating 
why does everything with a bit of tech behind it have to be so bleedin awkward

Just change the startup screen. use a program called motokit, it has a wizard for changing startup and shutdown images and sounds. you can get it as freeware on motomodders.net

Hey guys, so i'm trying to unlock a T-Mobile Razr V3 for use with a Cingular SIM card. Here's what the Boot Loader screen is showing:

Hi i have p2k tool 3.9 and i click unlock sp but then it says please make testpoint for this model....its a motorola razor v3....how do i do this please?

I used the instructions to downgrade my Motorola RAZR V3 from 8.26 to 7.D0 and it worked correctly. My phone in boot mode or Flash Mode displays it is using 7.D0. So I went to the next step and tried to use Motounlocker 2005 and it gave me an error message: RFone Not found.
