I use 3.3 - but pretty much any version works with the V3

K I flashed it using 3.1 got it down to 7.D0 used the motounlocker got it to complete but when I put a cingular sim in it it says contact service provider. Should I flash it with something older than SW version:42.09r_A ?

I would try to locate p2k easy tools instead - although flashing with an older monsterpack may work p2k easy tools 3.7 or 3.9 is pretty much guaranteed

K I will try that after I flash it with this older monster pack. So eventhough my girlfriend may put in the wrong subsidy password too many times this phone should still be able to be unlocked correct?

Yeah that monster pack somewhat messed it up when it starts it just a hazy screen but I can still go into bootloader so Im not worried in P2k easy tools v3.9 what should I tell it to do?

Go to locks, check unlock sp, select the model then do selected jobs

I flashed back to the same monster pack then went through p2k tools but it says it cannot connect to phone but all drivers are installed?

I have downgraded to 40.79R ran moto unlocker then went back to 42.09 but still locked. P2k Easy tools version 3.9 connects to the phone then when it want me to power it back on it says switching to p2k mode then says cannot connect. What else should I try?

well to unlock you need p2k easy tools - not the same as p2k tools - if moto unlocker doesn't do it
Are you still at bootloader 7.D0?

I am using P2K Easy Tools and it says it connects shuts down the phone then wants me disconnect the usb cable then turn on power and hit ok I do this is says switching to P2K Mode and then says cannot connect. I have tried downgrading the software on it so many times its crazy Im so close I can taste it what else should I do?
