Have you installed all the drivers as per the getting connected guide?

all the drivers listed here have been installed but I will go through it again and let you know should I just keep trying P2k Easy Tools v3.9 to unlock im still on bootloader 7.D0 and I can flash to almost any of the sw except for the older ones circa 40.79

Mike you are a good man I dont know what finally caused it to work but P2k Easy Tools finally did the trick thank you guys so much for all the help and now that I know about this place I will be checking in a lot more thanks again. Learned a lot in one day.

hi i was wondering if anyone could help. is there such thing as a idiot guide cause i've tried reading through the topic andi'm confused about flash/drivers etc. i've tried a downloaded software to unlock my phone but cant get it to work.

Does anyone know IF I'd be able to find places in Singapore which could unlock phones with the 08.29 bootloader? I'm getting a Cingular one which I'd like to be able to use with Singtel Mobile prepaid when I'm in Singapore this summer.

hi
its a lilac V3 and is the bootloader and s/w the thing you get when you press * and # if so it says:
Boot.Loader 0A.52. SW Version:R4515_G_08.BD.43R
then it says
OK to Program Connect USB Data Cable
