I have the same error but I think it is due to my bootloader version being A0.30. Would appreciate any help on this matter. Tried RSD Lite 3.1, tried Scotty2_8.26_downgrader_v2, tried P"K_Easy_Tool_v39 but all are giving me errors.

I just purchased the SLVR L7 on Ebay and my provider is T-Mobile. I put the sim card and it all seemed to be working fine until I tried to send a picture message I tried changing the settings using the CINGULAR settings but still not working? Can anyone help or have the settings for T-Mobile
Thanks!

I just finished unlocking my Razr V3 and want to thank everyone involved in this subject as it really helped me. I originally had the bootloader version 8.26 and it took a few tries to downgrade it to 7.D0 and then flex it a few times with R374_G_0E.40.9AR.shx before it worked.
I only noticed a couple of problems after it was done.
When I want to check the bootloader version you can no longer see it as the screen is dark when it did work before I did anything( I believe the backlight does not go on when trying to access this info) .
When I close the lid the small display only shows an M motorola logo and none of the other symbols like battery meter , signal strenth, etc are there.
Any advice to get these things working again?
Any help would be greatly appriciated

Thank you for the quick reply and I flashed a few other monsterpaks and still the same thing just an M logo on the outer screen w/ no icons that does not change even when the lid is closed.
I decided to do a quick test and took my other razr and changed the "guts" in the back between the two phones and the unlocked flashed one now worked fine on the outer display w/ all the icons , etc showing and the other "a cingular" now only showed a static unchanging cingular logo on the outer screen.
I can see its now something to do with the outer screen or its electronics.
Do you or anyone on the forum have any ideas of what might be causing this?
Thank you again for your help

If you open the flip only a little do you see anything on the screen then?
Did you flash the 7.D0 bootloader linked in the first post or a different one?

Thank you again for your help and I had flashed with bootloader 7.D0 and I do see something on the screen when its fliped a little.
Also when its on and closed none of the features like the camera , icons , etc work on the external screen .
I saw another post similar to this suggesting it might be the magnet or sensor so I opened both phones and the one with the problem had the magnet glued in.
The glued in magnet still has polarity but I am not sure if the thick glue layer is raising the magnet too high from the sensor when the lid is closed.
As I could not do a swap to see if that was the problem so I did the following quick tests
1) I poped the magnet out of the correctly working Cingular phone and placed it on top of the other magnet in the unlocked phone doubling its strenth and closed the lid and nothing happened ,
2) Also I tried the following on the unlocked phone . with the phone on and lid open I positioned the good magnet over the area where I believe the sensor was to see if anything would happen and nothing did.

Did you use the specific bootloader linked in the first post. There are some versions of it which are meant for other models and have the sensor inverted so the phone thinks it is closed when it is open
