Ive read online that they do, but everytime I tranfser one on via data cable I am able to select it on my phone but it wont play. Also if I switch to the vibrate\ring profile, it wont play my transfered polyphonic ringtone, but the standard one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Delete the two .db files in the audio folder then restart the phone

Don't know about mp3 problem, but this may help with vibrate\ring - If your phone is like the v262, you can go to Main Menu\Settings\Ring Styles. For each 'style' option (loud, soft, etc.), go into Detail (ex.: Loud Detail) and choose the ring you want. You can choose a different ring 'detail' for each ring 'style'.

When in MPT explorer in the audio folder I dont see any .db files. Just audio files. Downloaded and ran p2kman, and while the phone connected fine, everytime I would try and update the list of files it would fail (along with anything else I tried in the program).

@ cyclone - you need to use one of the p2k progs. Follow http://pagefusion.com/index.php?PID=25
to get connected. If you still have problems make sure MPT is closed before starting p2kman and/or try one of the other progs - e.g. p2k Commander

I have tried both p2kman and p2k commander, and gotten the same errors with both. The phone connects fine, but it fails to download the "volume name fail!" and "0 files found" when the phone is done initializing. Of course I only running one program at a time so there is no conflicts.

Maybe someone with knowledge of the v266 should step in here - I know I am correct for v3 and *most* vxxx phones but I don't know the v266 specifically.

Ok, I used BitPim and was able to look at the filesystem on my phone. I found tmptone.db and Mytone.db in the root folder, not the audio folder. I deleted them and restarted my phone. Tried to play an mp3 and still nothing. Hooked my phone backup and looked at the filesystem again only to see that they had returned.
