The Razr V3 has a big problem for getting dust under any of the lens on the phone. I finally and successfully had takin apart the whole phone and put it back together (and I mean the WHOLE phone, its pretty easy, its mostly put together with darn clips and like 7 screws). If any parts needed for the phone go to CNN.CN. They had fast shipping and very cheap for having OEM parts. If any questions just ask .

Wouldn't dream of using a "holster" with my V3 - why get a phone that has size and styling as its main features then put a big ugly case on it?

Holster NOT case. the one where you put the phone into it and it hangs on your belt or pocket. I making a point to NOT put the phone IN the pocket. I agree I wouldnt dream of having a wrap around case on my phone either.

Yeah - but I take it out at home / car / office - anywhere I'm stationary. Not had a problem with dust yet.

I use the little Cingular holster, and it's not at all bulky or ugly, but reasonably sleek and complementary to the phone. It's got a nice sueded interior and I haven't got a scratch yet.
