I lost my phone and dont have my old sim card. If i get a new phone from ebay will cingular allow me to keep my old phone number? If so how do I go about setting up my new phone to use this number?

just get a replacement sim from a local cingular store. your account will stay exactly as it was. then just put the sim into the new phone.

will they assosciate that sim with my account...(so the sim is associated with my old phone number)?

when the new sim is activated, it basically gets filled with all the information on your account. your number will be transferredto that sim.

obviously, but you can transfer them with a cable.
