when you check your VM at cingular the phone is calling a VM server that has a different phone number that your cel phone...also referred as the voicemail retrieval number...

(000-991-2453) , (xx)and (?), in call detail, what are these codes and numbers, 866& 877 ststes they are Tool Free?.
