I recently received my sidekick2 from a seller on ebayer. It works great but when I press the camera button, it says, "Your gallery is empty." It says I have 36 pics remaining. When I press the cam button again 2 take a pic, it shows that little hexagon thing and then says, cannot capture...Your device is low on memory. Try restarting your device before taking another picture.

So I looked, there's no pictures from what I see and I tried a reset and NOTHING. icon_confused.gif

I questioned the seller, he said he had no problem but I should contact T-Mobile cause then my pictures and address will be uploaded.

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS, please reply!
Thanks sooooo much! icon_ermm.gif

Press @10 at the same time to reset the device. This is called a soft reset. If this does not work let me know

If a hard reset didn't work then it sounds like you are going to have to call tmobile because something isn't right. I do have an idea thought so I need some info from you. Do you have java script enabled? And how many apps do u have installed?

Well, i just received the phone and I have no clue what you are talking about. I don't even have the data plan yet. I want to make sure everything is functioning on the phone before I add it. So I have no clue.

Not having a data plan could be the issue. Do a hard reset by moving the screen halfway up and putting a pencil point into the small hole in the metal strip and press the power button at the same time. And then add a data plan for sidekick.

Well, I highly doubt that would be the issue because when I contacted T-Mobile's sidekick tech support, the guy told me all the resets to do. A hard n then a flash reset. I did both and nothing yet and he also knew I didn't have the data plan yet. I believe it should work without it. All it says is there's not enough memory. But what's funny. I explained the malfunction to the guy I bought the phone from and he refunded me my entire purchase and told me to keep the phone. He just kept the 10 shipping. And he said if I get it to work to refund the money. So I wonder if he knew it didnt work and that's why he refunded my money and didnt want to deal with me any longer. Because allowing me to keep the phone for 10 is crazy!

What do you think? icon_w00t.gif

Well, if you can get it to work great! You just got a steal on a SK!

But just an FYI, T-Mobile won't support a warrenty on the phone because it was purchased from eBay and not one of their dealers or authorized purchase places/
