I had Sprint before and switched to Tmobile because of issues with Sprint, not realizing that no internet was included where I could match my razr to my laptop via USB or bluetooth.
I did this with Sprint and only had to purchase an extra $15 'Vision' package.
I do not use the internet a lot and really only if I have work emergencies which is not very often but nice to have. Especially if going on a long trip it is nice to kill some time on the net while driving (being a passenger of course) so I am hoping Tmobile offers something close so I do not have to cancel before my 14 days is up. I REALLY do not want to end up back with Sprint. |
6.00 gets you the tzones package. It consists of all the mobile internet you can use. It is probably what you were using at sprint.
19.99 gets you unlimited "total internet". That is all the internet, not just mobile (wap) based internet. Both packages are unlimited.

My advice would be dump t-mo while you still can.

Thanks for the info, looks like the $19.99 plan is what I had before and what I would need to hookup my laptop.
Benjel I know how you feel, I checked out all the companies that do wireless and they all seem to have one thing in common is that they suck! The reason I went with T-mobile is I am not really someone who chats on the phone all the time so with the my faves (I actually only have 3 used, home, wife and wife cell) it is pretty much like unlimited for me.
So I was trying to go with what was the cheapest, I was paying $45/mo for 300 mins on one phone at sprint so not I pay $69 for 700 mins, two phones, nights and weekends plus internet if I have to add it.
I wanted to bump to a bigger plan with Sprint but they would not do it without another two year contract.
