I bought a bunch of java games off ebay ".jar" but turns out my P910a only plays .sis games. Is there any way to convert to .sis??? or is that just a ridiculous question?

Hi,
Your phone does play Java games, but you should makesure whether it supports your phone. The Java Midlet is supported with some enhanced gaming engine i assume. The Sis file games are major for the P910 ie. 3D game VRally. Java games supported by the phone:
Any game that could be played on a T series phone.
And certain games catered for the P910.
I did the same with my P800.
Bye

and i bet you better play Sis games on your phone. Java console on the phone isn't that appealing and not that player friendly.

I received a .sis file to my W800 yesterday, from sender unknown. Quite a big file - 15 megs, maybe, and had a numeric name. ie 87384753.sis
You think this was a virus?
I rejectetd the download in any case.

15 mb seem to be a little bit to big for a virus, but the possibility is still given.
Even if it was a virus: don't be afraid, your phone is secure. Only smartphone can be affected by viruses. Viruses for other phones are a hoax (at the moment).
