Easy solution: the 6102 is, as stated, not compatible with Nokia Audio Manager.
Nokia Audio Manager can only be used by phones which have a music player built-in.
You need to use th File Manager to upload mp3s.

I meant "Nokia Phone Browser", got the wrong name in my mind when posting
Just drag&drop stuff. Like you would do with file on your computer.

There are about three ways:
(I asume you've installed the latest version of PC Suite, but at least 6.6)
a) right-click on the PC Suite symbol next to your clock in your taskbar, a list of applications pops up, select "File Browser" (it should be called "file browser" there; the list is sorted alphabetically)
b) click on "Start" -> Programs -> "Nokia PC Suite" -> Nokia PC Suite
A window should pop up where all the programs of PC Suite are listed, just select "File Manager"
c) open "My Computer" and select "Nokia Phone Browser"
