I have great service. One day, though, they must have been doing something because our entire network fell apart. I work for a local company here, we all have a T-Mobile. All our phones wouldn't work (but still said we had full coverage,) then they would have zero bars, then everything was fine.
Anyways, the only problem areas are near the Worcester-Holden and Worcester-Leicester lines. Otherwise, in the Boston-Framingham-Worcester area, I highly recommend T-Mobile.

Sidekick 2 (until today) and always had full bars anywhere, except some department stores. Located in Philadelphia.
