MMS setup is under message centre, press menu, then message setup, MMS message setup.
If you do not have the option you will need to do SEEM edits - but you will have to sort out your driver problem first

set to 01 for a max size of ~1 Megabyte (0100hex = 1024 kilobytes = 1 mb)
set to 14 for a max size of ~5 Megabytes (1400hex = 5120 kilobytes = 5 mb)
set to 28 for a max size of ~10 Megabytes (2800hex = 10240 kilobytes = 10 mb)..ect
