I installed everything, the drivers, the program, windows recognises it, but the program doesnt, I tried another program http://global.mobileaction.com/product/product_USB.jsp but that doesnt work either, I am confused, I bought the cable on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5867239920&ssP ageName=STRK:MEWN:IT
I hope everything is legit

Ah, a cheap replica cable.
Most of them require you to install the drivers which come with the cable, than manually install the original drivers by Nokia and than to install PC Suite to work.

the program still cant find the phone, in the get connected setup its stuck on the please connect the phone step, I dont think it finds it, windows finds it though

Well, it is more likely you've now ruined the cuirrent installation. In most cases it won't work after PC Suite is installed.
It is really relevant that you first install the third-party drivers, than the original drivers and than PC Suite. Otherwise there will be some complications.
You should uninstall everything and start all over.
On the phone you don't have to do anything.

Have,you installed the modem for your phone.I have this problem first but when i installed the modem for my 6020,windows detect my handset and now it's working fine.
