okay right now i only have 400 txt messages a month i want to get that new 9.99 deal for unlimited but how do i change it on my plan? yes, i do have a familytalk plan. do i have to call customer service? cuz i tried doin it online and its not there when i log into my t-mobile.. so do i call customer service or can i go to any retail store ?

I love ths unlimited txt msg plan for $9.99. Used like 300 messages in the first few days of getting it.

Hmm, when I check online it still says $14.99 for unlimited. Do I have to call them and tell them I saw this deal?
