I have problems as well icon_twisted.gif

I have a loop.wav and I try to make it a .mmf file with PsmPlay5.0. When I have converted loop.wav to SMAF 16-chords (tried both, J-SKY and EZweb), tested how does it sound and finally uploaded the sound file (.mmf) on my webspace - in the end I can't download it with my cellurar. It says not compatible.

Any suggestions?

No one?

Is it possible to upload the .mmf file to my webserver and then download it to my cellurar using wap? If it is - then I'm still doing something wrong when converting .wav to .mmf icon_confused.gif

Is there a way to add the vibration and LED by hex editing or something? I tried to convert it with PSMplay but the WAVs in the tone wont get converted when saving as 40chords, and then 16chords lowered the tones quality, any work arround?

Psmplay isn't the only program available to transform midis to mmf. I tried successfully two programs:

1. Coding Workshop Ringtone Converter
(http://www.codingworkshop.com/ringtones/index.html)

2. Yamaha Smaf Sound Decorator
(http://smaf-yamaha.com/tools/downloads.html)

On the Yamaha page you can also find a tool to convert wav->mmf, but I haven't tried it yet.
Oh, the Coding Workshop one isn't free icon_smile.gif

(Easy studio keeps saying that my mmf created with Psmplay aren't supported... why? Yes, I selected the "my sounds" folder)
Greetings

has anyone found a program/solution for creating 40-tone ringtones out of regular wave-files? (16bit, 8khz mono)

There's not much fun in making 16-tone ringtones, when the ones on the phoen sound much better with their full 40-tones icon_sad.gif
