Black RAZR (Rogers) - lights

Hi all:

I've been using P2KTools as the BVRP software that came with my cable sux.

I found a toggle to turn on 'rythmn lights'

I turned them on. Now my phone is a bit messed up. The rythmn lights funtions is there but my center button doesn't bring up the icons anymore, but it brings up the features only in list format. As well my text message hotkey no longer works.

I need to get my phone back to the way it was before because the 'rythmn lights' seem pretty lame.

I'm not sure if the Rogers phones are unlocked or not, if they are not I'd like to do that. I'm wondering if updating the flex and s/w ver to the same ones say xxSamsungxx has as listed in one of his other posts would be better and would fix my razr issues?

Did you not backup your seems first - if so restore your backups. If not learn your lesson and do so in future.

There is a Rogers flexlash at http://www.planetmotox.net/flexlash.php use that.

An ulocked flex / flexlash does not unlock your phone - it just won't lock it if already unlocked

yeah....lesson learned, backup before you muck around =/

Are Rogers phones locked? I cant seem to access the Fido network so I'd assume it's locked?

I figured out the icon thing...if you dont have 9 settings exactly hen it only works in list mode. So once you restore the 9 settings then the icons reenable =)

so to unlock it...I just visit one of those pay to unlock type sites?
