i bought my daughter a razor v3 phone for xmas from ebay.it was boxed but no warrenty it now keeps switching off and the screen goes white and blank.anyone any ideas or where to send it

for somebody that is enquiring about working in a call center you dont seem too suited for customer assistance... take my advice... change your attitude or change your career choice....
