i was seem editing my razr v3 last night seem 004a_0001 to allow it to charge via usb cable and when i saved the seem to the phone n restared it the phone froze up n came on then turned off then on again then off again. it can charge with a regular charger but when i press the on button it shows hellomoto, blanks out, keypad lights up, shows white screen, and blanks out again. please help me i have a backup seem but it cuts off n on n does not allow me to connect it to the computer please n thanx in advance

Is there a SEEM edit to reset subsidy code to 00000000? or something like that.
Need help! Knew I shouldn't have updated that damn software.
