Hello. I just bought a vodafone branded v3x. I had it debranded and the orignal motorola software installed. Im using the phone on CIngular with no problems. My email, text msg and internet works great but, my problem is the MMS. I can Send MMS's to people and they receive them no problem but when they send me and MMS I cannot receive it. It says "Unable to Download Try Again Later". I checked the settings over and over again and Im positive that they are correct. I used the OTA from Cingular for both MMS and Internet settings. Can you guys help!!!

try this site... its the settings for your phone.... rather than the OTA whis is apparantly not working try it manually....

i also have a v3x the eropean version and i cant do anything with it except call in and out  cingular said it has no options for web browser nothing so i trashed it after i got pissed off at it  its in 10 pieces after hitting the brick wall..lol but my original razr v3 is way better and works good luck with your v3x  was yours unlocked?? i think thats why mine did now work??

yeah mine is unlocked and its flashed to the motorola firmware. I recently reflashed the phone and did a master clear and reset. That still has NOT fixed the problem with receiving and downloading MMS. All the other features work great and the hone is slick but the MMS is still bothering me. Any other suggestions???

wuhen are they going to bring it to the us?.. i saw it online, and want it. But now i may think 2wice.. now that yyou all are saying its lame.

i have a eropean v3x and FINALLY  i got all my software issues resolved i went to this site called cellularblowout.com and went all the way down page to the more section and clicked it and saw the cingular and t-mobile and clicked cingular and put my make and model and went from there and clicked the mms and the i believe web browser settings, you got to set up 2 things there its kinda a pain in the butt, but i got it working great let me know how it works?? good luck  its been a 3 week search for this and will work for the v3i as well good luck to all and was able to down load from cingular and other sites

I just got a 3 branded unlocked V3x and activated it with cingular. Calling and texting work but the internet doesn't. Any ideas? Thanks

And I went to cellularblowout.com but couldnt find the more section or the cingular area. Could you help me out?

you need the cingular flex.... look in the motorola forum

i got the same problems guys. can't receive picture messges."unable to download". i couldn't find what i was looking for on cellularblowout.com either. just a bunch of advertising. HELP!!!!
