T-Mobile, my most ever was like 93 except down time days but average about 50

southeast care market; i take about 50-75 calls a day. i can't imagine how many calls i would take if i worked normal hours!

southeast care. (new rep, too...my handle time JUST got below a 1000). i have been averaging 16-24 calls per day. it's getting a little better. but some days seems everybodys asks me stuff i don't know.

i am blue tdma and on average i take about 30 ish calls... but if there is no que i can take upto 80plus calls.... thanks god there has been a fair amount of que lately... minus the last week were we have been getting all the 4.99 tdma/analog calls.. man those are fun...

Well
I take calls for the NE Region - NY, NJ, DE, PA, MA - I work CARE and some Telegence
On average I take 60 calls a day...
We dominate in the NE region...btw..

T-Mobile . . . In Tier 2 TSG I took maybe 20-25 calls a day tops, I'm training now for PDA, it will probably be about the same.
The handle time in PDA is 880. I love it.

T-mobile outsourced tier one tech, about 30 calls a day, but my CRT time is always terrible.

Lucky you sence that post our team has gone up to 22 and we are takeing calls for two centers now
