Cingular TLG national queue- I average 45-55 calls a day (a few less on weekends) with a 6.5 hour shift.

Wow, I work Cingular telegence AND care, national queue, and I average 35 - 40 calls per day with a 8hr shift. Last 3 days seems everybody's calling in with really weird and / or complex issues (i.e., 45 - 60 mins for several of my calls), so I'm down to 20 - 30 calls per day for last 3 days.
Had one guy call in and APOLOGIZE for BOTHERING me cuz he had to go thru me to refill his wife's phone. I said, "Sir, a refill is my FAVORITE kind of call."
