Cingular (blue GSM and TDMA) about the same 45-55 calls on average... national queue
a little slow today tho...

cingular telegence all telegence markets tech support average 10- 30 weekday and weekends 40 60 a day are there are only 8 out of 16 working on any weekend
skilled to take customer care calls 30-55 depends on the day
when i was blue care/cna/cofr i would average 30 - 75 beacuse cofr and cna are quick calls

SSG Cingular. Take calls inbound from all markets. I do usually 20-40 or so calls a day. but i actually help people or do my best. (i must be new!!) I actually almost made my avg handle time this time around. My problem is getting the people to the right place if i can't do anything for them more often than not i get on the phone get the proper dept and explain to them what is going on.

i got rediculously large Q lately so only about 18-25 per day for the two weeks i've been telegence NC/SC.. but when i was at&t tdma i was pushing atleast 40 per day

Cingular - Gulf States/SE Region - Combined Billing Customer Care/Relocations/After Hours Tech Sprt/Jack of all trades...etc
Weekday Daily Average: 20-25 Combined Billing/After Hours/Relocation
Weekends: 25-30 Most calls are After Hours
We're a Specialty Center so our skill changes at the drop of a hat.

Since going back onto the line group as opposed to being on the floor (long story), been doing anywhere between 35-50 calls per day West Region, though I have been getting more and more out of market calls (KTX, DLS, had a GLR today that I had to transfer back into the queue since my center is in GLR and we're not allowed to take those.) :/
