Hi, I'm new in this forum.
I have the opportunity to purchase the new razr v3x from only 1 cingular dealer that has this phone. It is gold in color and has the box and all the accesories, with the exception of a external plasic carry case. I can buy a generic universal one, but wanted the actual made to fit case.
So my question; is this gold phone normal as opposed to the silver and can you help me find the actual carry case. By the way the price is $450.00.

yes the gold phone is just as normal as the silver one its just a new housing. and for the carry case, you can go to the motorola web site and see if you can find one there. But it all depends on how you want your carry case to be. There is a whole bunch of cases to choose from. personally I bought mine from cingular (thin leather side pouch) and I payed damn near $30 for it (to me thats alot for a case but if your going to buy a phone for $450 I guess it doesnt matter, heck Id go get a Xbox 360 instead and wait till the phone goes down in price. and you know it will (look at the Original RAZRs)

Thanks, I did try the moto web site and even called c/service. She check several foreign moto-countries while on-line-Spain-Australia-Canada-Ireland and several more. No Luck!
And I agree on the price, fortunately my business picks up the tab.

well hell you got it made. Have you tried ebay. They have a whole bunch of cases made just for V3x

wow i thought i was the only cingular person with a razr v3x but mine is unlocked and having difficulties with it?? its only good for calling in and out and text memos.. were are you?? im in losangeles california and paid 500.00 for this piece of crap!! i was told i cannot get any software for the browser??im thinking of getting a regular razr v3 at least it works

I have been shown that all on-line video internet software is compliant. Tell me what else I need to cover prior to purchase...
I will do all I can to offer a comfort level in purchase for both of us...
