is there any way you can convery a mod file (.xm) to mmf, they seem to be very low in file size yet the quality is still excellent,

Its possible i did xm»»wav»»mmf
Ill send the mmf for you but i don't think it will fit on you phone cause its to big maybe if you delete all the other tones.

Better yet do it from MOD 2 MIDI 2 MMF

Use (2MIDI) or (Mod2Midi) to convert it to a Midi file then you
can use PSM PLAYER to MMF...

You should be able to get QUITE a bit of the original tune... A good couple minutes equals about a 16k mmf file.. So you can adjust it accordingly

Noticed you said (.XM) type Mod file so your result will be shorter but should get about 10-30seconds in a 16k mmf

Why doesnt it fit on your phone? You can set the size of the output mmf file. Typically anything from WAV is too big to get to mmf thats why I recommended you do it 2 MIDI then to MMF

Were you trying to get the ENTIRE song or something?

Be curious to check it out.. Took several (xm) and (mod) files and converted them and a good portion fits just fine.

don was kind enough to convert it for me because i didnt know it could be done, it was 200k file converted to 66k, so obviously, its slightly big, so i gotta know how to get rid of the origional tones from my fone for it to fit

I am still unclear you still haven't said if you are trying to get the WHOLE SONG to fit on your phone?

You can take a portion of the original song and convert it to a mmf file so it will fit. Is it that you do actually want the ENTIRE 66k on your phone or is it that your unaware on how to convert it to fit?

Am I missing something?

Hi all, .Mod and .Tod videos are mainly produced by digital harddisk camcorder such as JVC camcorder and so on. It is not common video formats and can only be played on some special players, if you want to watch these video on your iPod, iPhone, PSP, Archos and other portable devices you need a MOD Converter, i use 4Videosoft Tod Mod Converter which works well for me, more info can visite their official site:
