So use them but don't expect money as compensation. Rollover is a free feature offered by cingular, its not something to be abused.

Yes I read the post I am actually quite intelligent......and my point is ( obviously you missed my point) any other company in the world......wouldn't have offered you the ability to keep rollover minutes. What you didn't use you would have lost.no matter what you paid for them....Cingular was nice enough to offer the rollover to you while you were a customer on that specific plan. I.E. it was a freebie. The reason you could relocate to a shared area is to retain your rollover, get decent service and not get the EON cancellation. Doesn't matter what you pay for the minutes once you end service you aren't entilted to anything.....except your deposit (if you had one) after your last bill had been deducted from it. Good luck with your new carrier.

Lmao @ "did I hurt your feelings" I talk to 1200 people or more a month....I don't get my feelings hurt......you didnt pay for the rollover you were allowed to keep what with anyone else you would have lost......I doubt very seriously the rep who "supposedly" told you that, got fired....firing someone is a long tedious process. What I don't have time for is ignorance. Suck it up...get over it......bad things happen to good people. And sometimes (as you can see by your previous posts<and so can the rest of us>)people have selective hearing abilities. IF and thats a big IF ..things happened like you say they did? It's over ...move on.....if what you are needing is an apology to soothe your bruised ego and feelings...I'll step up....(you see cingular folk work as a team.) So here you go....."Gee Mr./Mrs. customer I am so sorry that happened to you and that you went to another carrier....I hope your new company serves you in a much better way ....take care and thanks for being a Cingular Wireless customer for as long as you were."
Feel better?

FIRST: If you move to an area where Cingular does not offer service and you want to cancel, you are voluntarily breaching the contract and therefore must pay an ETF.
SECOND: If you are seeing "off network" on the screen of the phone, then you are most likely being canceled or restricted by the EON group.
THIRD: As an EON customer, you have violated the TERMS & CONDITIONS of your rate plan by using the phone off of the Cingular network more than 50% of the time for 3 consecutive billing cycles. Therefore, YOU, the customer, are in violation of the contract you agreed to and Cingular reserves the right to cancel the service. The service will be cancelled without ETF and you should be afforded the option to EITHER unlock your phone (will only work on TMobile and some smaller regional carriers) OR get credit for the phone.
FOURTH: Rollover minutes have no cash value and therefore you cannot be credited for them. Rollover minutes expire a year after you are awarded them and therefore, would not be available to you on an indefinite basis anyway.
