No....You are wrong....we no longer enforce the LTV1, but off network is still enforced. I am certain of that...so PLEASE don't spread that misinfo!

I thought EON envokes LTV1?
Because we got a widespread email about we are now allowed again to upgrade EON customers because of the huge confussion with it. Ever since that email, I never got another EON customer.

ALL eon are unable to upgrade...but not all LTV1 are EON even though the info for that goes in the same field as the EON info. Therefore, EON does not = LTV1 and LTV1 does not = EON...but NO EON is eligible to upgrade.
