I tryed uploading an mp4 to my RazR and I got the message that the file was corrupt, so I assumed it wouldn't work. So I made a 3gp of the file and uploaded it, because 3gp is the default for videos on them. I tryed to open the file and I got "Image Too Large" but the image was the size it was supposed to be, 176x144 and it was about 100 kb. Any ideas on what's wrong?

*sighs* Don't have to worry anymore, I was flashing it and my power went out.... I now own a nice 200 dollar paper weight <3

Charge the battery full or boorrow one then press *,#and power key till the fone on in bootloader mode then reflash it again. I can not fix send it to me i'll fix it

I flashed it and it still won't work, I tryed to Flex it but it won't let me saying that it's in flash mode. Any ideas?

okay, so I started it up (from the charger) and reflexed it, now whenever I restart the phone it gives me "Flex Error: Phone Subsidy Locked"

Flex error subsidy code how to fix.
- Open up your system files with p2kman.
- Locate the file /a/mobile/system/secure_pds_init
- Then delete it and restart the phone.
- After that, change the greeting.
- Restart the phone. The error message should be gone.
