sorry i would help peeps in a way that am not going to lose my over just for trying to help someone over this ....and yes i did get the job rite on the spot  and i cant wait for training to start and start in the store

yeah, not worth risking your job....
My girlfriend and I have same setup as you, though she hasn't picked out bluetooth headset yet. I have the E850, but it is too big for her, what headset is your GF using?
On a side note, I've managed to figure out some of the service menu, which you enter by pressing menu-0-000000(secret code)-
You can enable MP3 playback under music options and if you go into field tests, gps one, test sceen and enable. When you call 922 the screen will show your lat and longitude, pretty cool! I've heard that in some areas it calls 911 when you do that, but in MI it works great. You get some random recording and the screen shows your location.
I've also used bitpim to add ringtones...

moto 820 we found it at are local savers used belive it or not for 1.99 ...we couldnt belive someone would give a away there bluetooth headset to a sec hand store and it works great for 1.99 lol .....rat shack sells the same headset for 84.99
