Can I configure it to work with Cingular? Where do I find the steps for configuration? (sorry if this has already been asked; I searched but didn't find anything that exactly covered this topic; asking over at moto talk too)

get the settings from from the cingular support site for the L7. if you register the IMEI, you can send them to your phone.
