out of all these file types which one is the best quality or is there really a difference?
3GP, AMR,MP4, RM, and RAM formats

3gp and rm are video files, amr and ram are audiofiles 
mp4 is quite universal (it can contain both, audio or video).
And the best quality depents on the settings that are used.
