i have seen people do it every month and i tell them this the best i do can do which is the price listed and i am a Business Care rep so i can give them any price I want to

You are eligible for the best price discount after 11 months of active service on a qualifying rate plan. Go to www.t-mobile.com and log in under your mobile number and password to go to your MyT-Mobile page. From there click on phones and accessories, then upgrade my phone, then view phones. That will take you to your personlized pricing page that wil show all the phones that you are eligible to upgrade to and the discount that you are eligible for.

thats not what he is saying he is saying that people try to call every month and say there gonna canel there service and then get transferd to to the retnetion dept and get a free phone and hes right im sure [people do that all the time if they do it to much there gonna be in trouble because they wont get nothing read the whole topic and then you'll understand it geeezzz on a better note i had to call customer care tonight and i must say i was impressed even the way they answer the phone now i was really impressed very nive polite maybe because they read my history lol and said oh god watch out for this one i must say i went threw it with t mboile but ya know what im still with um and i just signed for 2 more years so there doing there just but i must say i was very impressed tonight my husband has a v188 i think and its shot not t mobile fault its worn out and they said wait five months and he can upgrade and get a better phone for a better discount price.. but they said they would switch the phone because its still under warentee and all we have to pay is ten bucks shipping fee i dont think its a nwe phone but its a working phone so i was imprssed i really was i dont know what happen between now and eight months ago but something happen...
