my contract is up in 3 days, and i want to upgrade my phone to the razr. what number do i call??? i called 611 on my cell phone and it wasnt a real person, i was wondering if there is a way i can talk straight to a person.

after you dial 611, just say "customer representative" or press "0"

you'll be extented a 2 yr contract with t-mobile .. and you can either do it on the phone 611 / 1800-937-8997 .. or go to a t-mobile store and do it there >>

I don't think razr will be a good choice now ,, because there was a 40% defictive shipment on Feb. and don know if they had already replace the new one yet ??

You are not automaticaly get a2 yr contract you either choose 1 or 2 yr.

cingular has relpaced the V3's with the new ones. I'm assuming t-mo has done the same.

You part of right , you are not automaticly roll in 2 yr contract .. but the 2 yr contract getting the most discount they'll able to give you on the new phone's , and CSR usually will not give the option to customer .. 90% they'll tell you it is a 2yr contract , and if you choose the 1 yr the phone cost will be higher !!!
