We live in a beach community zip 11569
We own three LG phones on three separate Verizon Wireless lines.
One of the line does not work inside of our house. It use to work perfectly before.

We tried that line on Five different phones. No luck.

Veirzon maintains that it is an LG issue. We think that that particular line is weak.

My wife uses that line and does not want to change her number.

Anyone tried an Antenna booster? Do they work.

Could a neighboor Wireless Modem interfer?

Any suggestions?

the quick answer would be have another verizon phone (non LG) come to your house and see if the phone works...

if the non LG phone dont work its not an LG issue its a dead spot...then say "can you hear me now"

Considering what CDMA technology might be, it might be a network issue, specifically with her PLMN. Since the towers it could use are programmed into it directly, it might not have the kind of set-up on their end.

Is that they've told you? Or what have they said about it being a network issue?

Hashing programming issue.
Several other customers have complained and they finally paid attention.
Also we noticed that the battery on the new phone was depleting in 4 hours, with the phone not being used.
By tomorrow we will know.
The service was working perfectly for more than a year. Suddenly something happened. We blamed it on our wireless netgear etc.
