Omg you have no idea what your talking about not at all your right the customer care rep will (never transfrer you there nor will they give you the number at all however it most creatinly exsist

that is the corporate office hello ive called and it is not customer care nor a supervisor and after i called when i got my free razor and vip free month of service i also got a letter form this person (no not robert) but from someone handling complaints that only come threw the corparte office office not a fax number nor customer care the ceo office. when you dial the number it says we are hear 9-5 and if you call after hours it says to dial your part by name press 2 now that is not customer care that is the corpearte office . follow up before you make staements like that...

Here is another direct number. I understand there are 6 people that work in that office to handle all faxed, emailed. and BBB complaints. I have had the most success dealing with this office.

Exactly my point you work for customer care and you dont know what your talking about call the number its the ceo office you dont know what your talking about yeah i know what im talking about because i called and it the ceo office call right now and dial 5 guess who that is oh yes robert dotson his self have a great day

gluketich i havent tried that number but by the address i think thats another office with in the ceo office i always call the 1800 number however i have not needed to call in a long white i was quit imprssed with t mobiles customer service latley i can see they made some changes on how there handling there customers and its no wonder that they won an award ( however its the reps like i dreams that really fustrates me ) oh geezzz (duh)

please do not call Special account car unless your and Employee of T-Mobile
and also do not call Consumer Credit b/c they DO NOT talk to customers only Dealers and T-Mobile Reps.

id_dreams was half right, there is no 'transfer' number to Corporate office.
However like any business office they will have a phone number.
Who was probably taking the complaint was Executive Customer Relations.
They usually don't handle customers with complaint, they handle rude, disrespectful and unruly customers. They are the group who will put jerks on written corrospondence only, or even cancel an account. (Im not saying this applies to anyone in this thread, but when I worked at tmobile I saw a number of Written Corrospondence accounts and when they called in, they were a-holes.
