Bit of Advice When calling insist on speaking to someone in the coprate office the operator is tuf to get by but you can get threw her just tell her that if she doesnt transfer you threw your calling the local news ... She will trnasfer you WAY fast

if you mail Robert Dotson do u really think he has the time to read your mail lol
read your Terms and condtions first befor you get pissed off can call anyone at T-Mobile. lol

yeah im not sure threatening the person with the power to accomodate you is really all that intelligent. like the operator hasnt ever been threatened before.

now havent we been threw this before?? no of course robert wont read your letters or answer your call but his office will .. he has people that do that daily other then custmer care ... if you have a problem that customer care wont handle to your satifisfaction call robert office ... thats if your a good customer!!!!! now if you dont pay your bill and stuff like that then my golly you got a problem ....

she has no power none it worked for me lol she wouldnt put my call threw and i was nice as pie i told her look you put the call threw or im calling the news it 10 seconds my call was transferd they have people that help you with things like that//// i dont know what state your from but they have 7 on your side almost all new chanels have people to help you then you call the bbb and fcc and you dont give up you call an attorny and you get it done you got fight for your rights no one else will fight it for you....

keep in mind that when you sign T-Mobile contract u also agree to Mandory Arbitration(which mean u cannot take T-Mobile to court)

and if you threaten legal action, you just ended any chance of a happy ending. nobody can talk to you at that point. your lawyers call tmobile's lawyers and thats it.

There is no transfer number to the corporate office. It is written correspondence only. You can threaten the news all you want, but a rep cannot transfer you to a number that does not exist. You probably misunderstood, and were actually talking to a supervisor or someone like that. There is no way to speak to the corporate office unless you send a letter, then they call you.
