Hi,

I was just wondering if there's a way to call someone's phone (VW) and go directly to their voicemail - without making their phone ring...

Thanks

Yes, there is. Go into your voicemail box. After you listen to your voicemail, if you have any, you will be given some options. One of them will be "Send". Choose it. The prompt will be "record". Say what you want. You will be given an option to re-record or send. It will ask for the "Box number". Put in the person's 10 digit phone # and send. I just did it to my wife's phone and it works. There was something in either this, or prior month's Maxim magizine explaining how to do this with Verizon... If I can find the article I'll put it up. But hey, if it's in Maxim, then that means it's possible right?

-There is a free service called slydial and it is awesome. you dial their number and then dial your receivers number making the phone go directly to their voicemail. this may save you a lot of time and energy especially if you just have a little info you want to relay. Hope this helped!
Their number is

There is an application for the iPhone that does this called VoiceDrop. It also works on an iPod Touch for those not on AT&T.
